Alsan Design &
Construction, Inc. was founded in 1995. Since then we have designed and built
many quality homes in the Greater Columbia area, Richland, Lexington and Aiken
counties. Alsan has also performed a wide variety of custom additions and
renovations.
Alsan owner,
Fred Seay, is a third generation contractor with over 20 years of experience.
All of our core employees, here at Alsan, also have 20-30 years of experience in
the industry. Our team is dedicated to client satisfaction and producing a
superior, high quality product. We achieve this by keeping our crew smaller,
than most construction companies, and limiting the amount of sub-contractors
involved with the actual construction of the home. This creates a closer knit
between homeowner and Alsan enabling us to better serve your needs.
Alsan works hard
to ensure that our clients get the best possible product. We do not build
production or “cookie cutter” houses. We are a custom builder. A custom home, in
most cases, does not necessarily mean an enormous price tag, but rather, good
planning. We will listen to the needs and ideas of our clients and combine them
with the experience necessary to produce a high quality home that’s more than
just a house. For this reason we consistently produce a higher quality product
