they progress

This house is located just outside downtown Chapin in the
Lake Murray area. It's a
large 3 bedroom 3-1/2 bath home with a spacious bonus room located over the 2
car garage.
Though most of the upstairs is not slated for finishing it could easily add 40%
- 50% more
living space, in the future, should this be desired. Currently the home has most
of it's
interior trim in place with the cabinet work to begin the first week of April.

This home is located in Western Lexington County and sits right on the waters'
edge complete
with dock & motorized boat lift. The existing boat house is scheduled for
remodel as well &
will be converted into a cook house. The very spacious downstairs area is a
focal point for the
home. It is one large room surrounded by the dining, living, guest bath, bar &
kitchen areas with
the master bedroom and bath located just off to one side. There are many windows
and the
view is incredible. The upstairs contains 2 bedrooms, bath, playroom and an
auxiliary room. This
home is nearing completion and a full set of pictures will be added to the other
galleries soon.
